Questions buyers ask

How much is a used Contax film camera?

Right now the middle asking price for a used Contax film camera on eBay UK is £1,047, delivered, across 603 Buy It Now listings, from £65. The model, whether it's tested and whether a lens is included move the price most, so check each camera's page for its typical price.

Is it safe to buy a film camera on eBay?

Yes, with care. Pay through eBay, so the Money Back Guarantee covers a camera that doesn't work as described. Prefer "tested" or "film tested" listings from sellers with a long feedback history, and read the description of anything that says "read" or "as is". We flag all of these.

Are these sold prices?

No, they're asking prices from live listings, refreshed daily. Cameras often sell a little below the asking price, especially with Best Offer.
